Job Description

• Handle rate inqueries from customers and overseas agents
• Prepare airfreight and seafreight quotation
• Follow-ups with customers for feedback & approval on shipment arrangement
• Work closely with operations teams for bookings
• Monitor shipment movement when necessary
• Prepare monthly tariff for FCL & LCL
• Involve in tender
• Monthly KPI report
• Others ad-hoc task when assigned

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics
• 2-3 years working experiences in Freight Forwarder/Seafreight/Shipping
• Knowledge in shipping documentation and carriers is a must.
• Good knowledge in Dangerous Goods & documentation
• Previously with Logistics Customer service experiences would be an advantages
