Responsbilities:

• Full spectrum of Accounts Receivable and document all transactions.
• Process Goods Return Note, Bank in cheque & update of incoming funds in system.
• Update payment and follow-up with customers on overdue sums & debts collection.
• Reconcile Customer Collection with Bank Ledger.
• Monitoring monthly /weekly Debtors aging.
• Mailing of Statement of Accounts to customers and respond to their inquiries.
• Prepare AR monthly cash flow forecast, and Journal entries for accruals & other adjustment.
• Prepare monthly and year-end Balance Sheet schedules.
• Liaising with auditors and assist in process improvement

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance.
• Proficiency in Excel and other application

Responsibilities:

• Loading, unloding and arranging of warehouse cargo and goods
• Dispatch and delivery of goods to-forth from customer
• Ensure good are in good condition upon collection and while loading
• Collected goods must be verified according to customer order
• Assist in logistics duties including packing and sorting of goods
• Ensure cleanliness & maintenance of vehicle including servicing and petrol has top up
• Any other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Possess class 4 license
• Able to perform overtime including Weekend and PH
