• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Responsibility

· Responsible to develop and review electrical design plans, specifications, and construction documents for the project.

· Provide technical guidance and ensure that electrical systems are designed and installed according to project standards and codes.

· Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that electrical systems are integrated correctly into the building design.

· Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs related to electrical systems and equipment

· Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that electrical systems are installed correctly and according to the design plans and specifications.

· Manage the commissioning and start-up of electrical systems and equipment, including testing and troubleshooting.

· Provide technical support to the construction team, including addressing technical issues, resolving conflicts, and managing change orders related to electrical systems.

· Review engineering designs and calculations to ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Requirement

· Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field

· Minimum 2 years of related working experience/industry in electrical engineering

· Knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and other related system.

· Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, REVIT, BIM and Microsoft Project

· Able to work on construction/outdoor conditions.
