Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients including Singapore incorporated private companies, foreign companies (branches) and offshore companies.
• Handle complete scope of corporate secretarial duties including but not limited to company incorporation, company strike off, drafting of routine directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, maintaining statutory registers and records, and lodgements with ACRA.
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and relevant government legislations.
• Liaise with auditors, accountants and other relevant stakeholders.
• Advise and assist clients on matters concerning work pass and related passes.
• Performing due diligence checks on clients.
• Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Preferred 1 year’s relevant experience in a corporate secretarial firm.
• Degree or Diploma in Business Studies, Accounting or other relevant fields.
• Holding or currently pursuing ICSA / CGI qualification or Specialist Diploma in Corporate Secretarial Practice from Temasek Polytechnic would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English to handle statutory documentations.
• Strong analytical skills, resourceful and meticulous.
• Able to prioritise, work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle clients professionally.
• Team player with positive work attitude, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must also be able to work independently, have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.

Talent:

• The asssociate will be responsible for bringing onboard and managing partners for key merchant categories to create positive customer journeys to drive customer usage and engagement. He/she is also expected to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on the proposition to make the bank the preferred payment methods and to deliver superior value to our customers
• Manage both existing partners and develop new business opportunities in key merchant categories, projects & initiatives.
• Support team lead in the assessment, development of proposals/presentations and negotiations for existing and new partners to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
• Proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within the organisation
• Track performance, report metrics and leverage data and learnings for decision-making and identify opportunities to drive incremental growth
• An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out why things happen
• Work with Line Manager to develop long-term strategic initiatives

Responsibilities

• Degree Holder
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience
• Product and Usage Management in payments or mobile payments preferred
• Experience in payments with both consumer and merchant preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to manage and influence internal stakeholders and external partners

• Team player with good interpersonal skills to work effectively and collaborate widely with cross-functional teams

Job Description

The Signature Research Programme in Health Services & Systems Research (“HSSR”) in Duke-NUS Medical School is a centre of academic excellence for research and education on the organisation, funding and delivery of health services. The programme’s focus is on public health and clinical service innovation in an increasingly complex and connected world. The major research focus of HSSR is the organisation and delivery of health and social services in the context of an ageing population. The research methods include decision science and simulation modelling, survey research, qualitative research, health economics, and implementation science and evaluation. We are also developing a range of education activities for health care professionals including short courses, graduate certificates, Masters course and PhD programmes.

A Senior Research Fellow position is currently available, and the successful candidate will be expected to perform a variety of research activities which include but not limited to the following: -

• Build up an Implementation Science core in HSSR and Health Services Research Institute (“HSRI”)
• Bring in grants in collaboration with our collaborators.
• Support research activities relevant to the scope of HSSR and HSRI.
• Be responsible for project management.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• PhD in Public Health or Health Services Research.
• Minimum 3 years of postdoctoral work experience.
• Prior experience in healthcare would be advantageous.
• Possess strong writing and critical thinking skills.
• Have excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Action-oriented, highly motivated, and target-focused.
• Able to work both independently and as a team player in a diverse workforce.
