We are looking for experienced Human Resource Executive to join our Human Resources Team; a working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees.

As the Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for providing best practice and advice and managing HR/ER/IR matters as they arise for our Singapore and Philippines office with extended support for our Indonesia and South Korea office. Ideally with 3-5 years' experience of working in HR, you will also lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, candidate selection, and offer management, whilst also ensuring company HR policies are compliant with labour laws and regulations.

As an Oracle Forms and Reports Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle Forms and Reports applications that support various business processes. The Metta Home for the Disabled and Metta Home Day Activity Centre (慈光乐陶苑及智障日间活动中心) were set up in December 2000 to offer community care options to adults with intellectual disabilities who are aged between 18 and 55.

Funded by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), the former is a purpose-built facility designed to accommodate 103 residents, whereas the latter is supported under the MSF and Tote Board Social Service Fund to provide day care services for a capacity of 50 beneficiaries.

Our programmes aim to equip all recipients with the skills and means to lead independent and fulfilling lives, so as to achieve social integration and quality of life.

Requirements
