The Facilities Management Senior / Engineer is responsible for ensuring the Hospital buildings; mechanical and electrical equipment is in good functioning order and provide advice to fellows’ technician.

You will be responsible for the followings:

• Plans, monitors, schedules and implements measures on the Planned Preventive Maintenance Program for the Hospital buildings and also ensures that the work is done in accordance with schedule and specification.
• Provides technical support and take charge on matters concerning the parts replacement and repairs; maintenance and service activities of all the mechanical & electrical equipment in the Hospital.
• Delegates and attend to building fault requests; drainage; landscape; plants; sanitary and plumbing works as assigned.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers with regard to improvement works and purchasing of equipment and spare parts.
• Prepares weekly and monthly building reports.
