Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, with relevant certifications.
• At least two years of experience in data automation and engineering, with a portfolio that includes academic

• Proficiency in data engineering and automation technologies, including advanced SQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and
version control systems like Github or SVN.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio and data warehousing tools such as BigQuery.
• Understanding of various database types (Relational, NoSQL, etc.), and OLAP/OLTP systems.
• Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues systematically.

• Understand and analyse the psyche of the customer to curate more effective merchandising
• In charge of visual merchandising related invoices
• Plan and execute branding & product new launches point of sale and campaign POSM.
• Keep track of the store inventory and make sure that the visual merchandising is displayed effectively
• Monitor costs for a certain project and ensure that the visual merchandising stays within the proposed budgets
• Collaborate and coordinate with other professionals, be it the buyers, members of the marketing team, or retailers

Overall job objectives

Responsible for conducting testing according to client’s requirement and International Standards.

Core Responsibilities

1. Review samples received, test assignment and sample operation to proper test method and evaluate test results. Data records and elaborate test results and finalize result into test report.
2. Handling and ensure sample breakdown correctly before going into laboratory. Test report should follow the correct reporting limit and regulatory limit.
3. Monitoring and maintaining laboratory equipment / Instrument calibration by schedule.
4. Monitoring and maintaining laboratory quality control on each testing according to ISO 17025.
5. Following SOPs to perform testing. Sample type included raw materials, hardware components, food contact packaging material, kitchenware environmental control testing, in-process solutions, and semi product / or final product quality testing etc.
6. Monitor and ensure the testing result report on time with specific turnaround time of all submissions.

Good to have:

1. Analytical knowledge: A good grasp of analytical principles and techniques is essential. This includes concepts like calibration, quantitative analysis, and data interpretation.
2. Experience in ICPMS or US / EU consumable product safety requirement or consumable Product Safety Laboratory is an added advantageous.

10. Review AP ageing and payment issue

11. Review and ensure proper internal controls are in place and working closely with other functional sites/departments in improving controls

12. Ensure standards, regulations and policies are complied

13. Responsible to ensure the year end audit and tax computation completed within the stipulated time

14. Responsible for timely GST, CPF and Tax submission

15. Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents and bankers

16. Responsible for proper accounting filing

17. Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
