The MES System Administrator is responsible for implementing site Manufacturing Execution System(s) (MES) and providing subsequent system support upon transitioning to operation phase. The incumbent shall be involved in the installation and operational qualification of the MES system with its associated peripheries and interfaces. The incumbent is also responsible for troubleshooting system issues and monitoring of interfaces between the MES system and the applications connected to it.

About the role:

The Contract Specialist is responsible for the proper administration of main contract with Fugro’s Clients and subcontracts with main Fugro’s Subcontractors.

Specifically, the professional would:

• Oversee the administration and communication of all elements of contractual terms and conditions from bid through to contract close-out and final settlement.

The Import Specialist will handle customer service and operations for all international air import freight activities while maintaining compliance with all government and industry standards. Responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the production department. This role involves performing routine admin tasks to assist in the efficient operations of production activities and accurate records maintenance.

• Data Entry and Admin - Input and maintain accurate data related to production activities such as employees' attendance records, raising claim reimbursements (using standard excel template) and maintain proper filing of documents.
• Performing production related transactions using SAP system
• Assist in the communication with the warehouse team on material- related transactions
• Providing updates to production planner, senior admin and production team regarding system transactions and completion via emails and phone calls.

The Requirements:

• At least a GCE ‘O’ Level or its equivalent
• Strong attention in details and accuracy in data entry
• Good communication skill and able to work collaboratively in a team
• Proficient with computers and in using MS word, Excel.
• Work experience in SAP preferred.

Job Summary

The Tech-Shop, part of the Fugro Singapore Marine, provides support to business activities pertaining to the Marine Site Characterisation and Marine Asset Integrity.

The Tech-Shop Engineer is a technical role in a Tech-Shop environment. Primarily engaged in the testing, troubleshooting, servicing and maintaining of various electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment/systems based on a set of quality control processes and documents, to ensure fitness for use for projects. In addition, he/she may be involved in the mobilisation of such equipment/systems for projects and its installation onto vessels or required to occasionally work offshore as an Electronics Technician/Engineer, or as reasonably required by Management.

About the Role

• Awareness and compliance with QHSSE policies, standards and procedures, and statutory and regulatory requirements;
• In-depth knowledge of the designated equipment/system for which he/she is responsible;
• Testing, troubleshooting, servicing and maintaining of the designated equipment/system for which he/she is responsible;
• Inventories awareness of designated equipment/systems, associated accessories and spares to provide advice to Management on shortfalls;
