Who are we looking for?

The Chief of Staff works as part of the CARES leadership team (with the CARES Director) to ensure the smooth running of the University of Cambridge's research centre in Singapore. • Handle circulating of internal credit limit application by performing basic checks (includes basic verification of the authenticity of the financial sheets and essential translation of financial statements when needed) in Risk Management and Control Dept
• Handle the customer/vendor/staff code registration by performing basic checks. Inform relevant parties e.g. Treasury team and applicant after verification is completed
• Generate monthly Overdue and Over Credit report. Identify overdue and overcredit items. Prepare summary table by entry of customer’s name and overdue/overcredit amount and distribute to business dept for their updates.
• Send the verified Monthly Summary Report to concerned parties.
