Purpose of the post

The Senior Research Fellow (SRF) will be responsible to and work closely with Professor Brian Kennedy to provide support in research projects to advance the understanding of aging biology and age-related diseases, with a specific focus on identifying novel anti-aging compounds (drugs, natural products, metabolites, etc.) that can delay cellular aging and extend healthspan. This project will focus on the multi-agent search problem, where multiple autonomous robots (agents) are tasked with spreading over a given region to be explored, to locate given targets of interest trying to evade detection. Job Responsibilities

• Experience in handling projects from concept to construction
• Liaise with consultants on matters of design & technical coordination issues and regulations
• Conduct site inspections on matters of design & technical coordination issues and regulations
• Work closely with the project team in the coordination, organization & preparation of construction documents & drawings
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive studio environment
• Contract administration (SIA/PSSCOC forms of contract)
• Be familiar with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice

Requirements

• Recognized Architectural / Registerable with Board of Architects
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with entire project process including authorities submission & building code
• Conversant with local codes and regulations, and construction practices
• Capacity to work in a challenging & fast paced environment
• Strong planning, organisational, supervision and project management skills
• Design oriented with a flair for creativity
• Familiar with Revit, Lumion, Rhino, SketchUp, Microsoft Projects, Photoshop, V-ray, etc.
