The Event Director for FHA is responsible for overall Brand ownership, delivery of quality customer experience, and continuous growth of products to develop and maintain the Brand as a market leading entity. L2 Chinese Language Teacher

• Working Location: Bukit Panjang
• Working Days: 5 Days
• Salary: $2900 - $3800

Resposibilities

• Prepare, plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons to engage, nurture and motivate children in accordance with the curriculum.

• Plan and deliver programs that facilitate active learning experiences both within and outside the classroom.

• Monitor progress of children and complete progress reports and prepare developmental portfolios for each child.

• Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and use them in the implementation of the programs.

• Establish effective classroom management.

• Set up and maintain a safe, clean and conducive environment for learning.

• Establish collaborative partnerships with parents for the children’s development.

• Perform routine care and ensure the safety and hygiene of the children.

Requirements

• Be good at art, craft creations and singing/dancing.

• Experienced in learning activities design and centre environment decoration.

• Having a bachelor's degree or above in Early Childhood Education from a university recognized by Singapore Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).

• Be qualified in L2 Teacher Certification issued by ECDA.

Finance Executive

• Working days : Mon - Friday 830am-530pm
• Salary range: $3,300 - $3,800
• Location: Changi South

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing company accounts, all financial activities and operations to improve financial performance
• Preparing Management Accounts and Reporting Pack for the entities.
• Preparing monthly financial statements and make recommendations to improve company financial performance.
• Review and approve journals.
• Review payment
• Perform variance analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Perform proper credit control and monitor collection
• Monitor cashflow and preparing cashflow forecast
• Ensure proper internal controls are in place and perform periodic review on the controls, working closely with other functional departments in the process of improving controls.
• Responsible to ensure the year end audit and tax computation completed within the stipulated time.
• Liaise with internal & external auditors, tax agents and bankers.
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and processes
• Procure and maintain office supplies and inventory

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or a related field
• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance & audit
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in using accounting software such as Xero will be an advantage
