MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Administer the end-to-end recruitment process from pre-employment to onboarding.

1. Create and manage employee records in the HR E-Portal (leave claim, 1profile) and payroll system (creation to cessation).

Processing of Claims

1. Verify and approve HR-related claims.

Employee Insurance

1. Gather quotations and make recommendations on insurance renewal.
2. Prepare all information and data required for quotations and yearly renewal.
3. Submit claims that are processed manually and follow up on claim reimbursements to ensure staff are reimbursed on a timely basis.
4. Assist staff on Letter of Guarantee (if necessary) and claims submission via apps.
5. Answer queries relating to insurance matters.

Training

1. Collate training needs in an organization training plan, identify suitable training resources/courses for staff when necessary, and update training records.
2. Manage the Academic Program sponsorship and scholarship process.
3. Administer the application for and receipt of training funds from government agencies/ministries.
4. Upon receipt of staff training nomination form submissions, to perform first-level checks to ensure courses are within budget before forwarding for the necessary approvals.

Performance Management

1. Ensure performance management appraisals are duly completed and tracked as per timeline; including follow-up.
2. Ensure all performance management forms are filed.
3. Compile performance report for review/analysis.

Payroll

1. Administer payroll-related activities from ensuring all salary matters and pay records are updated in the payroll system, to initializing and processing pay records.
2. Verify downloaded claims for salary processing.
3. Prepare Bonus & Annual Increment spreadsheets for review and approval by approving managers.

Other HR work

1. Continuously review and provide inputs on effectiveness/streamlining of HR policies and processes.
2. Liaise with government agencies for funding of childcare leave, maternity leave, career support, Skills Future and other initiatives.
3. Prepare and complete government surveys.
4. Assist in employee engagement activities.
5. Manage the annual Conflict-of-Interest Declaration exercise.
6. Prepare management reports.
7. Provide documentation and prepare data for audit purposes.
8. Process immigration pass applications/renewals/cancellations on a timely basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. At least 5 years’ relevant HR operational experience in a generalist Human Resources role.
2. Strong working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, Singapore Employment Act, Employment of Foreign Manpower Act, CPF Act, and the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices.

EOS is a University Research Institute in Nanyang Technological University Singapore that conducts fundamental research on earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, and climate change in and around Southeast Asia, towards safer and more sustainable societies.

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

The Product Support team are a talented, engineering focused department with an emphasis on customer service whether that is dealing with external clients or internal business functions. We work with a number of different areas of the business and are responsible for service excellence and ownership of client incidents.

We are looking for a Product Support Specialist in our Singapore office.

We require a smart and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment where helping the customer is a top priority, and who loves to figure out and solve technical problems. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for escalated technical support of our software products, handling customer inquiries and working with internal teams to develop solutions to client-reported issues.

What you'll be doing

• Provide 2nd line technical support and expert product consulting, via email, phone, and our internal support portal, to all users of our Opus 2 platform, Transfer and Annotate products (SaaS, Enterprise and Internal).
• Troubleshoot and test client-reported product defects, liaising with QA and DevOps for the deployment of fixes.
• Creating automation tools with bash, python (or similar) to fix data-related issues across the product suite.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure that all client needs are satisfactorily met.
• Identify, triage, and escalate defects to appropriate internal personnel, providing a clear outline of the problem with technical detail.
• Capture client feedback, and escalate improvements to appropriate internal personnel, providing a clear story of the improvement in clear detail.
• Assist with proactively engaging clients with best practices to optimise product usage and maximise adoption.
• Consult with Enterprise clients to provide expert product knowledge and technical product workflow solutions.
• Track and manage support activities in the Helpdesk or incident tracking system.

This position reports to the Centre Manager and the Director. Directly liaises with the other teaching staff (Teachers) within the centre (MindSpace @ Raffles Town Club). Position is responsible for:

- Assist in implementing the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the centre.

- Assist in guiding primary school children (primary 1 to 5) to ensure completion of daily homework

- Assist in keeping accurate records of children’s progress and address each child’s educational and developmental needs on an individual basis to the best of your ability.
