Role Description

Job Requirements

- Troubleshoot and repair hearing aids.

- Produce ear moulds for hearing aids.

- Produce customize hearing aids shells.

- Check warranty status of hearing aids.

- Provide quotes for hearing aid repair to customers.

- Prepare and pack hearing aids for delivery.

- Keep track and manage inventory stock for sales stock and hearing aid repair.

- Alias with suppliers and customers to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery of orders.

- Manage Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices Singapore.

- Ensure proper house keeping of records and inventory.

Qualifications

- Minimum Nitec or diploma qualification in electronics or electrical discipline.

- Passion in offering the highest level of customer care and support to partners.

- Process-oriented with a track record of completing tasks in a structured and orderly manner.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

- Patience in dealing with customers.

- Excellent organizing skill and an eye for detail is essential.

Key Resposibilities

• Support trade applications rollout of changes and/or problem fixes into production system.
• Work with L2 team in incident management and production monitoring.
• Work with L3 team lead to plan problem fix to meet SLA requirement.
• Implement changes in production following Aldon and/or DevOps process.
• Attend and present change items in CCM meeting.
• Analyse production issue trend and give feedback to development on quality improvement.

Key Requirements

• 6 or more years IT working experience in production support role in bank/FI environment.
• Alternatively, working experience in development role is acceptable, understand application issue, analyse for root cause and implement fix.
• Be proficient and hands-on experience in AS400 system and COBOL programming; be able to use TAMIC tool is an advantage.
• A team player good at collaborating with teammates and people crossing teams to get job done.
• Ability to work independently and sharp problem analysis and resolution skills.
• Good communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Time management and work prioritization.
• Be able to work under pressure.

Job Descriptions

• Provide Corporate Secretarial advice to clients.
• Prepare/ renew minutes of Directors' and Shareholders' meeting as well as Director's and Shareholders' resolutions for specific transactions.
• Manage a portfolio of companies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Perform any duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the head of Corporate Secretarial.

Duties

• Handle a portfolio of corporate secretariat matters for both Singapore and Overseas companies including preparation of Directors’ Resolutions, AGM & EGM documents and preparation of materials for meetings
• Prepare and draft board resolution and minutes examples change of directors and/or secretary, establishment of bank accounts and facilities, transfer of shares, increase of share capital, etc
• E-filing of various transactions with ACRA which includes Annual Return, Return of Allotment, Appointment of Officers, etc
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including meeting deadlines
• Organize and co-ordinate board meetings and preparation of board papers
• Liaise with external parties such as other corporate secretarial service providers, notary offices, etc
• Attend to notarization and legalization of documents
• Respond to requests from business units and auditors for information and documents
• Manage a small team of corporate secretaries

Requirements

• At least 5 years relevant experience in professional firms providing corporate secretarial services.
• Possess / pursuing ICSA or relevant qualification is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, multi-task and is meticulous.
• Good organisation and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
