The Senior Manager, Community Hubs drives, formulates, plans, designs and review the objectives, programmes and operations of the Community Hubs within the Cluster to suit the needs of clients and provides leadership oversight on the execution of these programmes. He/She manages the risk and quality of the programmes, monitors programme expenses to ensure they are within the budget and reviews information pertaining to the operations of the Community Hubs within the Cluster. THE ROLE:

Requirements:

• Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth, closing deals, and managing key accounts.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to think strategically, with a keen understanding of market trends and business opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (required to liaise with China-based clients).

• Explore, recommend and assess alternate sources, to provide new supply opportunities.
• Collection of information about problems, delays, emergencies on supplies, hence contributing to the definition of effective solutions as well as evaluating supplier’s risk assessment.

Requirements:
