Overview

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial tasks alongside managing HR duties. This full-time position requires a commitment of 5 days a week, offering a competitive basic salary of $2,500. This opportunity is currently open to Singaporean and Malaysian nationals only.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

1. Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded promptly within the general ledger.
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Handle the processing of all invoices and payments, manage receivables, and ensure timely financial transactions.
3. Payroll Administration: Administer payroll accurately, incorporating wages, benefits, and deductions. Ensure compliance with local employment laws and tax regulations.
4. Financial Reporting: Assist in creating financial reports, providing critical data for decision-making and compliance purposes.

Human Resources Management:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding new hires, ensuring they are familiar with company policies and procedures.
2. Employee Records Management: Keep employee records up-to-date in compliance with legal requirements, managing sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role, with a solid foundation in both accounts and HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems.
• Familiarity with Singaporean and Malaysian employment laws, financial regulations, and payroll processing.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills..
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

- Plan PM & CM schedule and monitor status.

- Plan, supervise and manage daily work schedule for workers.

- Monitor Stock/spare parts level.

- Willing to hands on technical & mechanical repair work.

- Lead a team of workers, oversee warehouse, workshop & assembly operations to meet delivery times.

- Assist engineers on all the equipment maintenance & repair monitoring, arrange and coordinate with customers

- Purchase, plan and expediting of accessories & spare parts from suppliers.

- Arrange for test, inspection and packing of assembled products

Job Responsibilities: -

• Responsible for month end closing (AR, AP & GL); assist in the preparation of Management Reports on a monthly basis.
• Handle invoicing, account transactions, and monthly SOA, maintaining accuracy.
• Collaborate with company secretary, third-party agents, and professional advisors.
• Input General Journal for Provisional expenses
• Liaison with Auditor for year-end auditing
• Maintain good filing system
• Any other ad-hoc related duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirement

• Possess at least a GCE “A” Level / LCCI / Diploma or equivalent in accounting
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Some experience in stock and costing knowledge
• Training will be provided for those without relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel applications
• Attentive to details and accuracy
