Responsibilities:

- Assist engineers with their daily task in the factory

- Participate in maintenance and manufacturing activities

- Assist in preventive maintenance, checking and inspection, troubleshooting, repair of Mechanical and Electrical system

- May provide support duties for one or more manufacturing processes as required.

- Maintain tools and inventories in good storage.

- Ensure that quality product is manufactured on schedule within customer requirement

- Train and guide new employees

- Complying with standards, regulations, and safe work practices

- Undertake any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Minimum Higher NITEC/Nitec in Engineering or equivalent.

Main Responsibilities

• Review Customer & Affiliate order demand and commit based on material availability to meet service delivery.
• Handle daily raw material replenishment to support Customer orders and forecast. Review and expedite raw material to support surge in demand.
• Resolve or escalate issues related to orders, working with production, customer care and regional affiliates.
• Partner with Demand Planner and Customer care on Forecasting gaps so as to make Customer feel valued with order support.

Scope

The primary task of the Technical Support Engineer is to support the Technical Manager in rendering product and application-related technical assistance and support to internal and external customers. You will be working closely with the front-line team and will be involved in the development, implementation, organization, maintenance, and update of all technical-related matters.
