• Follow-up and prepare employment-related documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, termination letters, increment letters, bonus letters, etc.

Primary Objective

• To manage a portfolio of Retail and non-Retail non-performing loans (“NPL”) and formulating strategies for recovery action;
• To provide effective management information support for diligent monitoring of NPL accounts and in ensuring prompt follow up actions;
