Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiters to build talent sourcing strategies.
• Build pipelines through various channels - Talent mapping, referrals, events and sourcing campaigns.
• Pre-screening of candidates through phone calls and interviews.
• Engage and activate passive candidates through Boolean searches and Linkedin.
• Network with top talent both in the region and globally.
