Job Scope:

• Provide support in both AP & AR functions
• Raised invoice and follow up with payment schedule
• Handling Staff's claims and reimbursement
• Assists in the reconciliation of credit card bills by matching the invoices with the receipts
• Liaising person to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and handling of receiving
• Records and maintain timely payments for office/warehouse rent, Fire insurance, Company Vehicle Road Tax renewal, office staff's WICA
• Other ad-hoc job as assigned

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

• Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for our clients which includes but not limited to company incorporations, striking off of companies, preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions.
• Ensuring compliance in accordance to relevant statutory requirements, maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns.
• Handles ACRA Biz-filing requirements.
• Handling and managing a portfolio of clients.
• Provide guidance to Corporate Secretarial Assistant.
• Other adhoc duties as and when required

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Law. Other qualification will be considered
• Prior experience in relevant field will be an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Mandarin required to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
• Positive working attitude, pro-active, good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work under pressure

• Manage full sets of accounts, including month-end closing activities and the preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring timely billing, collections, and payment processing.
• Reconcile bank statements
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper accounting for all transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
• Liaise with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
• Performs other duties as assigned
