Your responsibility

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate travel arrangements, manage schedules, and handle confidential correspondence.

- Coordinate comprehensive business and family travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, visas, transportation, dining, activities)

- Manage active calendar across multiple time zones as MD travel all around the globe.

- Organize and coordinate mid-scale functions and events (investor dialogues, fund raising events from logistics, events planning, accommodation, food_

- Handle online/offline purchases (payment, shipping, insurance logistics)

- Arrange personal and professional appointments and reservations
