Mission
As an experienced IT Project Management Officer, you will oversee PMO activities for IT Production Services, supporting senior management with daily operations, tracking projects, and providing reports. You'll collaborate closely with senior managers and stakeholders, both locally and globally, ensuring smooth coordination. The role requires independence and strong communication to maintain effective relationships across teams and partners.
Main responsibilities
Reporting and Quality Assurance
- Propose and produce monthly dashboards for department activities and projects (Risk, Quality KPI, Alert, Planning, Budget)
- Build and implement a quality assurance framework to support ISAP transversal projects.
- Setup an adhoc governance for each and every topic/project to ensure a good coordination and follow-up with the main stakeholders
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting the bank standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines
Governance
- Provide support to the management during governance meeting
- Backup Head of Department on Business Continuity Plan exercices (BCP), crisis management, permanent control governance, administrative activities etc.
Coordination with other groups
- Collaborating with other department Heads to define, prioritize the projects
- Provide support on HR matters, ensuring hiring and onboarding are carried out smoothly
- Coordinate with Admin department for booking travel, supplies and office materials
Change, collaboration and process
- Take the lead to ensure the department alignment with CACIB / ISAP compliance, security rules and controls
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
- Facilitate project managers group sharing best practices and lessons learned across the department
- Initiate processes for transverse activities such as new joiner onboarding, compliance monitoring, etc.
Qualifications and Profile
Functional
Ā· Working in Banking environment and / or international organization will be an advantage
Ā· Good understanding of an IT organisation and ecosystem
Ā· Experienced in PMO activities or in a project management role (minimum of 5 years)
Technical
Ā· Highly proficient with MS Powerpoint , MS Excel (pivot table), MS Project
Ā· Capablility to producie high quality PowerPoints Dcouments in terms of design and content
Ā· Advanced Excel (VBA) and Power Point proficiency. 3+ years of practical experience of using Excel for building and maintaining data models
Ā· Excellent English oral and written communication skills with the ability to interface with various levels of stakeholders
