Job Description:
• providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department.
• preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records for year-end auditing.
• handle accounts Receivables / Payables.
• preparation & submission of Quarterly GST
• submission of Monthly CPF contribution.
• handle a full Set of Accounts.
• assist in statutory reporting and management reporting.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Performing other administrative tasks assigned by Management from time to time such as :
• preparation & submission of monthly Project progress claim.
• issue of DO / Tax Invoices / PO
• receive and distributes office mails.
• forwarding / reply emails to clients.
• filing , scanning and proper record keeping of correspondences and other relevant documents.
• Other ad-hoc duties as requested by Directors.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Accounting & Finance/Business Administrative
· At least 2 years working experience in accounts role.
· Good knowledge and hands on experience on general accounting system is preferred.
· Mature and self-motivated
· Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all level of staff, handle cross department issues and participate actively in staff/operation meetings.
· Independent and hardworking.
