Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform financial accounting for a full set of accounts; monthly/quarterly/year-end closing
• Main PIC to work closely with Shared Service Centers (SSC) on posting/reviewing of daily/month-end closing journal entries

You will be responsible to support the smooth operations and administration of CareHub. Assisting HR Lead in the following HR duties:

· Recruitment and onboarding: Coordinates recruitment & selection process, including induction activities. Handle all work passes related application in WP Online and EP Online

· Compensation and Benefits: Administration of workers movements such as resignations, transfers, promotion, benefits and overseas travel claims. Handle employees' medical insurance, workmen injury compensation & group hospitalization

As an Ecommerce Executive / Assistant Manager, you will be involved in various aspects of ecommerce operations and campaigns.
