Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in accounting or equivalent fields with minimum 2 years of Account Payables experience
• Experience in handling large volume of transactions, preferably in F&B, Retail, E-Commerce Industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good team player with positive attitude and able to work multi-tasks.
• Ability to work independently and able to meet deadline for closing

We are looking for an HR Assistant to undertake a variety of administrative duties and a wide range of support activities in our small gelato cafe.

An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between owner and staff, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to owner
• Aassist in creating HR policies, processes and documents
• Manage the monthly scheduling of staff for work
• Manage day to day staffing & smooth operations of the cafe
• Assist with recruitment and hiring of part-time staff
• Responsible for attracting, hiring and retaining our staff
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

• Coordinate staff meetings and take minutes
• Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' level

• Able to handle internet banking and invoicing
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with deadlines and goals
• Good written and interperson communication skills
