• Ensure seamless running of the café in the most efficient and effective manner
• Deliver the highest service standards and make customers feel welcomed and satisfied
• Provide good & friendly top-class customer service, cashier duties and cleaning of dining area to ensure cleanliness at all times
• To sell, prepare and serves drinks and food items to customers
• Plating of cakes, packaging food and beverages, replenishing items in display cases behind the counter
• Assist with operations and opening and closing duties when needed
• Able to handle customers’ feedback and complaints professionally

Requirements

• Experience in F&B are advantages
• Able to work weekends & public holidays
• Holds a valid Food Safety & Hygiene Course certificate (Preferred)
• Able to work independently and able to stand for long hours.
• High initiative and positive attitude
• Well-groomed
• Willing to work OT till midnight during weekends
