• Assist in daily operations in kitchen.
• Handle food preparation according to Company standard operating procedures (SOP) and assist the Chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, food sanitation and SFA food hygiene practices.
• Ensure good personal hygiene, general cleanliness, and kitchen sanitation.
• Assist in collecting food supplies, document stock requisitions and report stock inventory to Superior.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations especially during peak hours.
• Ensure consistent in quality of food and beverages.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years experience working in kitchen environment in Japanese restaurant.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to working split shift, weekends, and holidays as needed.
