JOB DESCRIPTION

• Attend to all in-coming sales enquiries
• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
• Manage sales pipeline
• Provide support to Sales team on appointment setting and coordination work
• Preparation of sales quotation and follow up with customers on confirmed sales orders
• Arrangement of site survey on customer enquiries
• Manage meeting minutes
• Any other related administrative duties as assigned by superiors

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate should possess Diploma / professional qualifications in any field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in general clerical/administrative duties/sales coordination/customer service-related work.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, internet savvy.
• Result and customer-oriented individual who possess initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.

Job Description & Requirements

• Assist Manager to oversee HR & Admin Department and manage the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions
• Handles Office administration matters
• Manage and handle employee’s records
• Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and issuance
• Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
• Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation, and all HR related matters
• Manage leave and attendance records, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval, daily employee’s attendance and overtime verification
• Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of external courses, update & maintain training record etc
• Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government related claims, eg. Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave and etc
• Review and renewal company insurance
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
• Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
• Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the manager from time to time

Selection Criteria and Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
• At least 2 years of HR related working experience preferably in Construction or services industry
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess good understanding of employment law and processes
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and other statutory board’s regulations.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines.

· Handle full set of accounts and accounting schedules

· Manage full spectrum of Accounts Payables

· Assist in the preparation of monthly reports / month-end and year-end closing

· Perform general office administrative duties
