Job Description:
• Provide full range of secretarial support to BOD included office-management duties, travel arrangements, handling calendar events, organizing reports and documents, setting up meetings.
• Support sales and marketing projects.
• Assist in ISO standards preparation, filing and compliance.
• Assist in Grant/ Trademarks application.
• Participate in liaison with Government agencies/ Associations.
• Co-ordinate and conduct meetings, briefings, or trainings to staffs when necessary.
• Organize and maintain confidential information, files, and records.
• Able to take Minutes of Meeting/ Provide summaries.

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Degree in any field.
• Relevant experience in sales / marketing / administrative roles.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a team of planners for the day-to-day operations

• Resolve day to day operational issues with the staff

• Oversee the daily operations to ensure smooth functioning in the process

• Keep track of daily/weekly/monthly schedule, attendance, leave schedule and duty schedule

• Oversee the scheduling regular maintenance on all vehicle

• Shifting of scheduling based on day-to-day requirements

• Handle calls from drivers pertaining to any accidents or vehicle breakdown

• Verification of all ad hoc bus driver timesheet submission

• Assignment of subcontracts for outsourcing jobs

• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in a relevant discipline

• Has relevant experience related to transport or bus operations

• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, multitask and work well in a fast pace environment
