Our client is a company in the co living industry and is looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Hiring: Admin Executive
General Office Support:
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail
-Assist in scheduling and coordinating operation work processes and work plans.
-Handle data entry, invoicing and & Filing work.
-Provide general administrative support to the project assigned.
- Will be required to travel to working site occasionally to perform on site admin work.
-Carries out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
-Minimum ‘O’ levels or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Desired Skills:
-Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Positive attitude and strong team player.
-Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision
