This role will be reporting to the VP HR and working closely with another Payroll Executive. You will:

• Oversee and support the full spectrum of HR including talent acquisition, performance management, salary review, budget planning, compensation and benefits, HR operations, leave and training grants
• Provide administrative, IT, office and facility management support as required
• Oversee the visitor reception and provide executive administrative support

Skills and experience required

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ of HR experience, with HR generalist experience
• Good communication skills and relationship management
• Bilingual as role will be required to interact with Chinese speaking stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
• Initiative, independent and self-motivated

• Work with external vendor and finance to support payroll and tax processing
• Review the company's compensation & benefits strategies, policies & guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support the annual compensation & benefits initiatives including annual salary review, workforce and budget planning, global mobility, salary and job level benchmarking, bonus and performance appraisal
• Partner with external vendor to drive market survey for salary structures and performance management framework to improve internal equity and ensure market competitiveness
• Responsible for benefits administration
• Support any ad-hoc HR projects

skills and experience required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in HR, focusing on total rewards and payroll
• Prior experience working with external vendors such as Mercer, Aon and Willis Towers Watson
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented, driven and able to work independently, with strong work ethics
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel would be advantageous

• Achieve individual sales target and contribute to company’s overall sales performance.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
