Job Responsibilities

• Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients
• Coordinate client meetings and appointments, including scheduling and preparing meeting materials
• Assist in the preparation and formatting of financial reports, presentations, and client communications
• Maintain accurate client records and files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional client service
