Job Duties:

· Overseeing company accounts, all financial activities and operations to improve financial performance

· Preparing Management Accounts and Reporting Pack for the entities.

· Preparing monthly financial statements and make recommendations to improve company financial performance.

· Review and approve journals.

· Review payment

· Perform variance analysis and propose corrective actions.

· Perform proper credit control and monitor collection

· Monitor cashflow and preparing cashflow forecast

· Ensure proper internal controls are in place and perform periodic review on the controls, working closely with other functional departments in the process of improving controls.

· Responsible to ensure the year end audit and tax computation completed within the stipulated time.

· Liaise with internal & external auditors, tax agents and bankers.

· Supervising and training accounting staff

· Maintains office services by organizing office operations and processes

· Procure and maintain office supplies and inventory

Requirement:

· Diploma / Degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field

· A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance & audit

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

· Experience in using accounting software such as Xero will be an advantage

· Positive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow with the company

Job Description:

• Process sales quotations from Materials Planners to generate Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices, ensuring adherence to process flow requirements.

• Coordinate with Materials Planners and customers to address incomplete information or documentation promptly.

• Conduct necessary inventory and payment record checks before order processing to maintain accuracy.

• Follow up with customers on payment matters, ensuring adherence to sales terms and timely collection.

• Address customer inquiries regarding sales order and delivery order status promptly and effectively.

• Represent the Company professionally in all customer interactions and external communications.

• Respond promptly to requests from internal and external stakeholders.

• Support cataloguing and maintenance of the Samples library as needed.

Requirement:

• Basic accounting knowledge and previous experience with SAP system preferred.

• 1 year of experience in a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Attention to detail is essential.
