• To assist in counseling of staffs with regards to performance and conducting year-end appraisal
• Establish and enforce maintenance, repair, cleaning, and re-stocking schedules.

• Mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines.

• Ensure the front and back areas meet standard for cleanliness, proper set up, sufficient supplies and equipment (HACCP)

Responsibilities

• Accurately deliver trafficking for online media campaigns across all markets and lines of business, ensuring that all performance marketing activity is measurable
• Ensure that all campaigns are trafficked in full accordance with the global taxonomy and within a 3-day SLA
• Flag any process, data or taxonomic issues that you identify or from DX queries, including where briefs have been completed inaccurately or with missing information so that these can be resolved and fed back where necessary
• Work closely with the wider trafficking and Data & Tech teams to support the development and improvement of ad operations processes and better reporting and visualisation
• Provide onboarding and regular training to the wider account teams to maintain the high standards required for trafficking: briefing, processing and reviews

Skills & Experience Required:

• 1 year of ad operations or digital marketing experience
• Desire to become expert in ad operations and trafficking of digital media campaigns
• Initial experience of project management is advantageous but more important is the desire to learn
• Knowledge of data visualisation tools, especially Datorama is advantageous
• Diligent with a strong attention to detail and an appetite to grow and learn
• Highly self-motivated and well-organized
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving skills and excellent verbal / written communication
• A self-starter with the ability to manage your own workload who can also work well in a team

• Relevant work experience in Shipping Company or Freight Forwarding Company.
• Some knowledge of Shipping Operations will be advantage.
• Good communication skills and good command of English for both written and verbal.
• Customer oriented with good interpersonal skills and well organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Words, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint etc).
• Team player with positive attitude, friendly, hardworking and responsible.

As the Catering Sales Executive, you will responsible for driving business through direct sales solicitation for the assigned segment sand support overall catering and events revenue for the hotel.

People

• Work closely with Banquet and other departments to facilitate services agreed upon and to ensure the overall success of the event
• Promote teamwork and quality service through communication and coordination with other departments
• Coordinate details with other departments such as VIP amenities, special requests, or other service needs or special handling.
• Ensure active management of personal development plan

Financial

• Manage events functions to achieve the optimum departmental revenue targets
• Follow up on potential sales leads within the designated time frame
• Contribute to the design of meeting packages to maximise the conversions and profitability for the hotel.
• Negotiate and review events packages offered to clients
• Represent the hotel in trade shows and events as required
• Prepare contracts for confirmed events & social events
• Be up to date with current meeting & events trends and competitive packages in the market
• Confident and professional approach when dealing with clients and wedding suppliers

Guest Experience

• Resolve requests and/or complaints to the satisfaction of the guest; inform supervisor of major problems, complaints, disturbances or dissatisfied clients.
• Proficient in the application of all Sales tool and systems; maintenance and management of database, support with departmental reports
• Promote guest satisfaction and encourage referrals
• Handle feedback and resolve complaints from guests
• Maintain client files and update information daily in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures.
• Follow up with clients regularly during and after departure to ensure satisfaction

Responsible Business

• Raise the awareness and reputation of your hotel and the brand locally
• Ensure guest safety is a priority with minimal interruptions or problems
• Offer advice to clients to reduce waste, save energy and have a minimal impact to the environment
