Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering an intuitive and enjoyable customer-centric experience. To interact and provide appropriate advice to visitor's need and attend to enquiries with a pleasant disposition at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Levels with at least 2 years of experience in frontline customer services.

• Knowledge in home renovation or material supply processes is an added advantage.
• Ability to converse excellently with English and Mandarin speaking customers.
• Self-motivated, outgoing personality and above-average EQ.

Job Summary

This position will support the organization by partnering with business leaders and employees to provide the employee lifecycle services, implement Southeast Asia region’s HR programs, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function. Key Accountabilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for assigned business units to ensure smooth integration of new hire into the organization.

Employee Engagement & Development:
