Responsibilities

• Assist project manager in coordinating, managing the set-up and production of the project on-site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality project
• Coordinate and management of events/project, including logistics arrangement, application of relevant licences and approvals from regulatory bodies and venue management
• Co-ordinate and liaise with both clients and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of projects
• Assist in projects planning, organising, and executing
• Assist in setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
• Travelling to onsite inspections and project managing event
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required by the management

Requirement

• Minimum ‘O’ level/ITE Certificate or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

Event Management and Customer Engagement

- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to source materials and set up engaging and informative events.

Content Creation and Storytelling

- Work with suppliers to gather information and visuals to showcase the quality, care, and origins of our products.
- Develop and maintain an authentic narrative that connects customers with our values and supports long-term brand loyalty.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, brand management, or event planning, ideally within the F&B, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proactive in identifying trends and opportunities, with a passion for ethical and sustainable sourcing.

Proposal Development:

• Support the end-to-end proposal process, including gathering and organizing content, writing, editing, formatting, and reviewing proposals.
• Ensure that proposals are compliant with client specifications and requirements, including formatting, layout, and legal/contractual obligations.

Coordination & Management:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in proposal or bid management, preferably in an engineering, construction, or consultancy environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign or other desktop publishing software.

Responsibilities:

· Sell our products and/or services to local, B2C & overseas clients

· Ensure proper documentation and packaging for overseas shipment

· Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

· Handle customer feedback & complaints

· Maintain records of all sales leads, activity, order history and pricing

· Submitting monthly forecasting report to purchaser

· Generate sales report for submission to management
