Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all branding and marketing plans/programs to achieve business goals and strengthen brand equity.
- Design and develop marketing materials, including overseeing of photoshoots.
- Copywrite for use across marketing channels such as collateral, social media, and direct marketing emails (EDM)
- Manage digital marketing, social media activities, and the development of content and analysis of reach and conversion.
- Keep abreast with latest marketing trends, competitive analysis, new communication techniques and digital platforms, in order to explore and recommend creative ways to reach out to target audience.
- Manage the e-commerce website and handle online shopping platform
- Prepare and evaluate marketing campaigns reports (e.g. return on investment, effectiveness, feedback, etc.)
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure all are well informed of marketing objectives.
- Other duties as assigned by the Head of Department
Job Requirements:
- Good knowledge of local businesses trends
- Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional and activities
- Experience in managing marketing budgets with proven record of demonstrating strong return in investment
Education, Experience & Training
- Min. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or its equivalent qualifications
- With 5 years’ experience working in SME food manufacturing, FMCG or similar industry
- At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce and familiar with social media platforms
