The Metta Home for the Disabled and Metta Home Day Activity Centre (慈光乐陶苑及智障日间活动中心) were set up in December 2000 to offer community care options to adults with intellectual disabilities who are aged between 18 and 55.

Funded by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS), the former is a purpose-built facility designed to accommodate 103 residents, whereas the latter is supported under the MSF and Tote Board Social Service Fund to provide day care services for a capacity of 50 beneficiaries.

Our programmes aim to equip all recipients with the skills and means to lead independent and fulfilling lives, so as to achieve social integration and quality of life. Tending them with holistic care and working closely with their primary caregivers to provide well-rounded support is a multi-disciplinary team comprising a social worker, training officers, staff nurses, assistant nurses, nursing and therapy aides.

As a Programme Executive, the candidate is responsible in the following areas:

1. Main Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate & develop appropriate activities, outings, events, programmes for clients with Special Needs
• Monitoring progress and milestones of programmes
• Evaluate, revised, initiate new programmes based on changing needs, climate
• Train relevant staff to appropriately conduct programmes for clients with special needs
• Assist in planning and preparation of budget for programmes for new financial year

Customer Service Executive, SEAO & Export Markets (1-Year Contract)

The primary role of Customer Service Executive includes processing the orders placed by internal and external customers from SEAO & Export Markets. This role is responsible to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction along with coordination activities.

You will be responsible for external and internal customer enquiries and on-time delivery process from identifying customer needs, processing orders, ensure sufficient supply, handling complaints to shipment and delivery of orders to customers. Senior Supply Chain Executive (SEA and Export Markets), Scent & Care

The primary role of Senior Supply Chain Executive includes support the Regional Supply Chain team to deliver required supply chain results: applicable KPI's (OTD (On time Delivery), Leadtime, Inventory DOH(Days of holding), Transportation budget, Production output, minimizing waste (such as blocked stocks and aging materials), Forecast Accuracy and Profit value).
