We are looking for a passionate and reliable Sales and Marketing Executive to join us to help build up our regional presence and business activities. The responsibilities include generating leads, (digital) marketing and making sales calls when needed, able to build rapport with customers and close sales. We are in the Zipper manufacturing business with a new Office setup for Sales and Marketing in the Southeast Asian region.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Learn details about our products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer’s needs.
• Seek out new sales opportunities through, networking and social media and digital marketing.
• Set up meetings with potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Meeting monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.
• Report to management team.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese, or any other South East Asian languages.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
• Minimum GCE “A’ level or Diploma and above.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Good customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.

Total Renumeration package includes commission based on performance as well.

Base Salary of $2300 + commission.

Job Description :

• In charge of day-to-day operations of admin duties.
• Provide administrative support to department's manager as and when required.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications and mails.
• Handle staff insurance and medical issues (claims, work injury compensation, etc)
• Manage office administration such as pantry supplies, stationeries, office equipment etc.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellation
• Handle dormitories for foreign workers
• Handle company vehicles related matters (accident records and claims, renewal of COE, insurance, road tax, season parking, VPC & etc.)
• Monitor and renew company certificate (BCA / ISO / Bizsafe)
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Computer literate
• Meticulous, independent and good interpersonal skill
• 2 years of relevant work experience required for this role

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounts Payable

• Verified all vendor invoices are properly supported with purchase orders;
• Prepare cheques and payment vouchers for management signatory;
• Contact vendors to come and collect the cheques after it have been signed;
• Ensure all payment vouchers, vendor invoices, and other relevant supporting documents are properly filed;
• Update all payment transactions to the accounting system on a timely basis;
• Check and verify all payment transactions to bank statements;
• Update all vendor invoices to the accounting system on a timely basis;
• Check and reconcile that all vendor balances as per our accounting system are properly matched to vendors’ statement of accounts;
• Close Accounts Payable in the system timely in order to meet the monthly and yearly closing deadline;
• Assist in all other finance matters pertaining to Accounts Payable.

Inventory

• Key in the date onto the master inventory stock sheet base on the daily stock-in vouchers submitted by the Production Department;
• To assist in the monthly cycle count;
• To assist the accounts supervisor in all finance related matters pertaining to inventory.

Cash Handling

• Ensure that all physical cash received are correctly recorded and accounted for;
• Prepare the daily cash receipt voucher and update it accordingly;
• Update the daily cash received to the Cash Book;
• Ensure that all physical cash paid out are correctly recorded and accounted for;
• Prepare payment vouchers to support the cash payment;
• Reimburse all staff reimbursement on a timely basis;
• Update the daily cash payment to the Cash Book;
• Prepare the physical cash to be banked in to the Bank as and when it is required;
• Enter the amount banked in to the Cash Book and ensure that the bank in slips tally to the amount bank in;
• Any ad-hoc work as prescribed by the superior.
• Reporting to Account Executive;

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possesses at least GCE ‘O’ levels or the equivalent;
• Min 3 years of working experience in related field;
• Basic data analysis abilities;
• Proficiency in Office software, such as Microsoft Office etc;
• A good team player possesses the ability to work with minimal supervision;
• Have a good aesthetic appreciation and creativity, able to work independently;
• Strong in execution, communication, time management;

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and ensure functionality of the QA&QC Department
• Setup HACCP and ISO 22000 requirements for production plant
• Handle regulatory and customer Audits
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and Food Safety Management Systems
• Ensure products meet internal / external specifications
• Monitor incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection activities
• Handle customer feedback pertaining to quality and food safety issues
• Ensure adherence to Quality and Food Safety Management Programmes
• Handle and decide on disposition of non-conforming products
• Manage, motivate, coach and develop the Food Safety and QA&QC teams
• Any ad-hoc work as prescribed by the superior.
• Reporting to Deputy General Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, food manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experiences;
• Prior QA/QC experience in food manufacturing will be added advantage;
• Good Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (HACCP, BRC, ISO 22000)
• Good Communication, Organizational and Analytical Skills
• Meticulous, good judgement and decision-making skills.
