Position Overview:

The primary role of Customer Service Executive includes processing the orders placed by internal and external customers from SEAO & Export Markets. This role is responsible to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction along with coordination activities.

Basic Function of Position:

Schedule meetings and manage calendars, besides answering phone calls, emails, and messages. Taking accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings, helping with daily time management, running errands as requested and performing secretarial work, and providing senior managers with day-to-day administrative support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Relief Director of administrative and other routine matters, allowing GM to focus on the management of the company
• Implementing Director’s instructions to the company, in strict accordance. Managing implementation issues and reporting back to GM on the degree of adherence and other feedback
• Coordinating and solving problems that straddle departments or do not fall under specific departments
• Relief Director of distracting routine tasks (i.e. mail, bills, telephone inquiries, etc.), to allow focus on management tasks
• Answering phone calls, assisting in inquiries and directing to relevant personnel
• Occasionally will be required to assist in retail sales and stock-taking
• Plan, schedule, and remind the Director of meetings and appointments
• Record-keeping of confidential and controlled documents
• Prepare minutes of meetings and correspondences meeting
• Prepare, monitor, and compile management reports, etc
• Perform full spectrum of administrative support
• Manage documents for quotations, proposals, projects, etc
• Provide support such as following up with departments and projects
• Provide administrative support such as filing, updating, and maintaining client and policy data
• Work with various business units, government agencies, and associations on behalf of the Managing Director
• Maintain proper filing system, including data management and file sharing for managing director
• Any other general duties as assigned by the Managing Director
• Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn, including add-on services

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role preferred
• Class 3 Driving License
• High proficiency with MS Excel especially VLOOKUP
• Meticulous and able to work independently and as a team

Job Description:

• Monthly payroll administration, include new hire and resignee.
• Monthly preparation and submission of CPF.
• Yearly preparation & submission of IR8A.
• Process IR21 income tax submission, when necessary.
• Employee data entry, maintain and update to ensure records are up to date in SAP and Prosoft systems.
• Process Government claim submissions including Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity leave, ICT claims, etc.
• Preparation and submission of statutory surveys and other ad-hoc surveys required.
• Lead the mid-year and year-end Performance Appraisal exercise.

Reporting to Manager, ILTC, the Position Holder will be responsible for engagement of Intermediate & Long Term Care (ILTC) providers and management of collaborations between NUHS and ILTC providers in the community to enhance care integration and delivery of care in the community.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

• Regular engagement with key account community partners to improve care integration and delivery of care in the community
• Management of feedback and issues with/from community care partners
• Management of collaborations/initiatives/projects to improve care integrations between NUHS and ILTC providers and/or augment community care
• Keeping abreast of developments within ILTC and community care organisations
• Serving as workgroup/meeting secretariat
• Supporting implementation of NUHS Population Health strategies and regional health plan
• Provide adminstrative support to department activities and programmes

Requirements
