Job Description

- Responsible for coordination, execution, and implementation of key food safety and quality programs and policies for the site.

- Ensure GMP and food safety requirements and policies are implemented and respected

- Develop, implement, maintain and coordinate FSMS programs (HACCP,

We are a logistics courier delivery company based in Toh Guan Road, Jurong.

Seeking an Administrator Executive to support the General Affairs & Procurement Department.

Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in handling general admin, procurement, IT support.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Head of General Affairs
• Assist in Warehouse procurement
• Manage and ensure smooth running of office premises and infrastructure and upkeep and maintenance of office premises. e.g., stationeries, warehouse equipment, basic IT.
• Set up of IT equipment for new joiners and basic IT support or escalate to vendor for hardware matters.
• Manage Vendor relationships and Maintenance Contracts including coordinating and ensuring smooth operation of upgrading works/repairs/servicing and/or projects.
• Follow up with other duties if required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in either Office Administrative Department, IT Support, Facilities Support, etc
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good team player, proactive and open to challenges.
• Able to start work within short notice will be an added advantage

Remuneration:​

• Basic Salary: starting from $2,500 depending on career
• Attendance Incentive: $200 monthly for good attendance! (No lateness or absences)
• Performance Incentive: $100 monthly depends on performance appraisal
• $10 meal allowance for overtime exceeding 2hrs
• 12 days Annual Leave per year

• Quarterly performance reviews with salary adjustments

Working Hours: 5 days

• Mon to Thur – 8 am to 6 pm
• Fri – 9 am to 6 pm

• Preferably Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Preferably no less than 3 years of relevant working experience in financial reporting and analysis

Job Description:

• Responsible for GL, prepare/review Journal vouchers and keep full set of accounts
• Maintain fixed assets register
• Prepare financial budgets, analyse variances and business performance and prepare management reports
• Review GST returns and other ad-hoc reports
• Prepare/Review various Business Surveys
• Assist in cash flow projection and management
• Assist in Corporate income tax compliance
• Assist the Finance Manager / Financial Controller in ad-hoc financial matters and projects

Responsibilities:

IT Projects Implementation:

· Assist in software project implementation of warehouse automated storage and retrieval machine for customer, including supporting integration to customer ERP system, IT infrastructure and customers networks.

· Collaborate in setting up the machine, configuring software,

· Performing UAT/SIT,Software user Training for customer and internal staff, Software Go live support

· Document IT projects comprehensively, outlining processes, configurations, and outcomes.

· Conduct IT site visits to assess requirements, troubleshoot issues, and gather insights for improvement.

IT Service support:

• Provide remote helpdesk and onsite support services for customers, addressing their technical needs promptly and professionally.
• Be stationed onsite on scheduled days to offer hands-on IT software support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed IT service reports for accurate tracking and analysis.

IT Tasks and Ad-hoc Duties:

• Undertake various IT-related tasks as required to support onsite customers effectively.
• Respond to IT ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field.
• Available to travel for support customer in Singapore & Malaysia
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar position.
• Mandatory experience in software application support, with exposure to systems like inventory, warehouse management, ERP.
• Familiarity with basic IT infrastructure, server setup, and network troubleshooting.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with team members, customers, and vendors.
• Proficiency in escalating technical and customer inquiries clearly to technical teams and superiors.
