Job Description:-

• Accounts payable

Post incoming receipts in SAP, arrange the payment via bank transfer, overseapayment, post the outgoing payment

• Accounts receivable

Post incoming payments in SAP, generate account statements from SAP, follow upoverdue payments

• Fixed assets

Take care about the fi xed asset register, post purchases, sales and depreciation inSAP

• General ledger

Post staff claims/receipts, cash payments, bank reconciliation, accruals,prepayments in SAP

• Reporting

Generate GST report in SAP , e-fi le to IRAS, generate internal reports from SAP

• Admin

Arrange contract/adhoc services for offi ce facilities, travel and hotel arrangementsfor oversea guests, office supplies.

Requirements:-

Degree/Diploma in Accounting/LCCI/higher Nitec

Possess 2 years of experience in Accounting

Transport provided (pickup at Choa Chu Kang & Jurong Point)

Responsibilities

1.Ensure matching procedure is in place for payments processing purposes

2.Resolve all invoices discrepancies and respond to enquiries on payment status

3.Monitor and prioritize invoices for urgent payments

4.Ensure proper and timely settlement of all invoices from vendors.

5.Ensure all fully paid invoices/documents are clearly marked as paid and filed in an orderly manner within the accounting system.

6.In charge of month end posting for all payment entries

7.Perform bank reconciliation after passing adjustment journal entry in system cash book

8.Assist in preparation of audit schedules

9.Compile all the Import clearance permits for GST filing purposes

10.Filing and keeping proper records of the payment documents

11.Process staffs claim

12.Confirm and record all intercompany transactions and balances with the subsidiaries in the group accurately

13.Train new staff in the AP process and operation flow

14.Carrying out of ad-hoc tasks assigned

15. Assist the Finance Manager and team in any ad hoc requirements or projects

16. Assist in yearly stock take

Job Requirements

1. Able to read, write and communicate in English.

2. Good in Microsoft Office

RECONCILE CUSTOMER MONTHLY REPORT.

RESOLVES INVALID OR DISPUTE TRANSACTIONS.

SUMMARIZE RECEIVABLES COLLECTION REPORT.

COORDINATE & VERIFY RECEIVABLES.

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $4000 + Transport Allowance + Commission + AWS + VB
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
• Location: Changi Airport Cargo

ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES

 To achieve the sales target set by the company.

 Ensure payments are received; and settle any dispute that may arise.

Prepaid Sales Executive:

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Perform daily store visitations and conduct checks on store inventory and POSM.
• Drive sales of Prepaid products including SIM cards and top-up revenue at assigned retail outlets.
• Work closely with team manager and marketing team to execute product and promotion launches in the trade.
• Proactively assist retailers to solve daily sales and operation issues and customer service matters.
• Perform new account opening in assigned areas.
• Comfortable and proficient in giving presentations and trainings to retailers.

Job Requirements

• Comfortable working in a demanding and multitasking environment
• Experienced in telco prepaid sales (Prepaid or Postpaid), FMCG marketing or consumer electronics companies.
• Self-driven to achieve targets.
• 1 - 2 years' outdoor sales or retailer account servicing experience.
• Ability to work and communicate well with ground staff and shop managers at retail outlets.
• Comfortable and proficient in giving presentations and trainings to retailers.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick thinking and fast worker required.
• Degree / Diploma in any discipline.

Roles & Responsibilites:

Purchasing

• Liaise with vendors, obtain quotes and prepare Purchase order
• Contact vendors to confirm purchase order details
• Log all order receipts and confirmations
• Cross-reference product deliveries with purchase orders
• Track and monitor purchases for shipment, verify invoices and etc
• Prepare monthly reports listing all purchases, return and related cost

Accounting

• Ensure purchase order and invoices are attached with supporting documents and approved by authorized manager
• Raise purchase order input invoices, DO and etc into the system
• Issue tax invoices
• Sort out and organize work order, receipts, purchase order and other documents
• Update report
• Process payment
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

Diploma or related qualification

Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing, procurement or administrative roles

Must be able to communicate well and work independently
