Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage level 1 technical support for employees and departments.
• Coordinate with vendors for level 2 and 3 support resolution.
• Develop and implement user training programs for IT systems.
• Establish IT helpdesk service for efficient issue resolution.
• Create clear system documentation for training and compliance.
• Oversee IT systems (hardware, software, networks) maintenance and improvement.
• Ensure IT service availability through backup, disaster recovery, and contingency plans.
• Implement and manage server architecture, cloud services, and data centers.
• Administer servers, databases, and networking equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage software integration and ensure seamless operation.
• Design and maintain secure networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, VPN).
• Implement cybersecurity strategies (firewalls, detection, encryption).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of system administration, network security, cloud services, and data management.
• Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Navision, Microsoft Excel, Jet Report.
• Strong ability to converse in Mandarin and in written Chinese is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Contract Management: Acquire new service contracts and ensure timely renewal of existing contracts.

Requirements:

• Education: NITEC and above in any relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor, preferably in the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) industry or similar.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Licenses: Possess a Class 3 driving license
• Skills: Computer literacy, good communication, and customer service skills.

Job Description

1. Building and maintaining relationships with our agents and clients.
2. In charge of updating our social media platforms with updates, promotions, advertising campaigns and any other information that would further our market presence.
3. Work with the team and top executives to plan and create marketing and future sales strategies.
4. Do regular reports of agent visits, complaints, etc. Analyze previous sales data trends to design sales strategies and set sales goals.
5. In charge of handling BSP whenever required.

Job Requirements

1. Experienced in GDS System, preferably Amadeus / Galileo will be an advantage.
2. Knowledge in ticketing system is a bonus.
