Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to successful onboarding of selected applicants.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure sufficient staffing levels are met to address both current and future workforce needs.
• Oversee and enhance the HR management system for efficient operations.
• Supervise the HR Executive in day-to-day HR operations, such as statutory submissions, employment pass applications, etc.
• Compile and present monthly HR reports to management.
• Design and implement training programs, and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure effective training and development initiatives are delivered across the organization.
• Liaise with the company’s business partners to secure necessary certifications and maintain the company's partner status.
• Handle the submission of government training grants and subsidies when required.
• Promote a positive work environment, encouraging team collaboration.

PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER

(a) Report and assist Project Manager (PM) on public relation programme in relation to the master work programme to meet the project(s) goals;

(b) To deal and manage feedbacks and complaints from the public tactfully and render full support on all press and public relations matters related to the Contract;

(c) To give advance notice to the public through distributing pamphlets, letters and other publicity materials approved by the authority prior commencement of the work;

(d) To explain and brief the public, residents, occupiers in the vicinity and proximity of the works on the impact of the construction activities before each construction stage;

(e) To arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary;

(f) To ensure that work schedules pertaining to road closure, traffic diversions, etc. are put up in advance to inform the public in order to minimize any inconvenience to them during the construction period;

(g) To provide periodic updates and disseminate information to the public in relation to the construction works;

(h) To prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints received and the respective actions taken against them;

(i) To promote and maintain a good relationship with the public before and during the full period of construction; and

(j) Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

· Diploma/Degree in any field with 5 years’ working experience as a PRO in the construction industry.

We are looking for a Operation Executive to join our team. This position will be reporting to the Manager based in Singapore to support in the daily freight forwardng operations related to the Singapore office.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for import/ export operations.

· Planning and organize day to day operation for air / ocean shipment.

· Work closely with customers, carriers, co-loader, oversea agent, and contractors to ensure smooth of operations.

· Work closely with internal stakeholder resolve issues.

· Prepare shipping instruction / Bill of Lading and others shipping documents

· Billing and cost verification.

· Ensure that all jobs are monitored, costs, selling figures are accurately & timely updated in system

· Ensure all event data are updated correctly in system

· Communicate discrepancies/issues to team lead/manager when necessar

· Ensure follow company SOP and other duty assigns by department manager

Qualifications / Requirements

● At least 2 - 3-years’ experience in Freight Forwarding

● Must have DG and custom regulation, FTA COO knowledge is beneficial

● With SAP knowledge will be value added.

● Able to work under pressure in a fast changing and demanding environment

● Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent, meticulous.

● A good team player with good interpersonal, detail-oriented and communication skills
