(g) To provide periodic updates and disseminate information to the public in relation to the construction works;

(h) To prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints received and the respective actions taken against them;

(i) To promote and maintain a good relationship with the public before and during the full period of construction; and

(j) Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in any field with 5 years’ working experience as a PRO in the construction industry.

Salary: $3000 to $3500 + transport reimbursement + company phone and number provided

Working Days: 5 Days - Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

The salesperson is responsible for procure new clients and build long-term and string relationships with existing clients.

Job Scope (Responsibilities):

• Help and also propose to our customers on frozen items
• Provide customers with information about frozen items
• Elevate complaints/ comments to management
• Liaising and good working relationship with admin and accounts department to facilities efficient and timely
• Prepare and execute sales plan
• Prepare monthly sales report
• Procure new clients and build long-term and string relationships with existing clients
• Meet sales and other targets as set by superior
• Gather feedback and information about customer needs, market and competition

Requirements

• Diploma/ degree in sales, marketing, commerce or a related field would be advantageous
• Prior experience in retail would be advantageous
