Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy Development:

• Event Marketing & Trade Shows:

  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.

  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team, providing direction and support for day-to-day activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• Experience:
  • 1 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role within the heavy construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in a complex or technical field, such as construction, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).

• Certified in BIM (Specialist Diploma) or Digital Delivery Specialist (DDM Tier 2).
• Knowledge of 4D/5D software and coordination tools like Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360 is preferred.
