• generate monthly financial statements and report
• processing payment to suppliers and staff expenses

• assisting in the year end audit
• able to handle payroll duties will be an advantage
• any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or Equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Understanding of Acccounting Principles
• Experience in SunSystems Accounting Software will be an advantage

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily operations of Accounting (AP & AR) /Admin functions.
2. Focus and responsible for coordination/ management of invoices, outstanding payment. Ensure the financial data is captured in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Manage employee reimbursements.
4. Taking charge of stationery and pantry order.
5. Manage corporate gifting.
6. Assist in maintain Company's rules & regulations and 5S best practices.
7. Assist to drive employee’s engagement activities of Company event and teambuilding activities.
8. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI or other Professional Accounting Certificates or its equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
4. Hans-on, organized, self-driven and detailed oriented.
5. Able to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.

Scope of Accounts Executive

1. Accounts Receivables

- System Data input and filing for AR Tax Invoices, Credit note, payment received.

- Prepare monthly statement of accounts.

- Chasing overdue accounts.

- Prepare monthly ageing report.

2. Accounts Payables and petty cash

- Checking the data input for all suppliers’ tax invoices. Example invoice date, number, accounts code, amount and etc.

- Checking the workers & staffs’ expenses claim.

- System data input for cheque payment (such as giro payment, HP payment, LC & TR payment transaction, petty cash, credit cards transaction & etc) except AP Payment.

3. General ledger transaction

- Prepare monthly GL transaction report for Hire purchases & depreciation of fixed assets.

- Prepare monthly GL transaction report for Trade Debtors Provision.

- Prepare monthly GL transaction report for inventory report.

- Prepare monthly GL transaction report for Term loan & AR factoring.

- System data input for all above report include monthly salary report.

- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.

- Prepare monthly audit schedule.

- Prepare monthly bank facilities schedule for Samwoh.

4. GST Submission, yearly audit, tax submission & other report.

- Prepare quarterly GST report.

- Prepare yearly audit schedule.

- Liaise with external audits and prepare all the report which they requested.

- Liaise with tax agents and prepare all the report which they requested.

- Checking yearly audited report & tax computation.

- Prepare VAP & BCA report.

- Yearly stock checking with external auditor.

5. Monthly management meeting report

- Prepare monthly financial report. (P&L, Bal Sheet, AP & AR)

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Collaborate with product development, engineering, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market trends.

5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth.

6. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the value proposition of our electronic and optical sensing solutions.

7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

8. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to optimize sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.

9. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

10. Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and competitive offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

• Proven track record of successful sales experience in the electronic or optical sensing industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role.

• Strong understanding of electronic and optical sensing technologies, applications, and market dynamics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and internal teams.

• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.

• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in sales activities.
