Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounts functions for Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) and reconciliation
• Handle daily cash collection and reconciliation
• Print sale invoices and monthly customer statements
• Prepare letters and/or emails to remind customers of due payments
• Process payments to suppliers
• Ensure all transactions are entered in accounting system in a timely manner
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Meticulous and organised
• Bilingual in English and Chinese as will be required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking only customers and suppliers

Work Experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in AutoCount accounting system will be advantageous
