• Creating payment requests on DBS for accounts payables
• Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly GST preparation filing, quarterly and year-end filing
• To assist management in recommending and implementing accounting workflows and best practices for the company
• Verify and prepare staff claims and reimbursements
• Prepare payroll and CPF submissions using HR software
• Prepare financial reports for management
• Other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned by management

Requirement

• At least a diploma/degree in accounting or finance
• Min 2 years of accounting experience
• Experience in using accounting software (Quickbooks or Xero)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Dealing with Government bodies and MNCs)
• Meticulous and possesses great attention to details

Job Scope:

• To provide operations support for the smooth and effective operations of the school.
• To maintain the general cleanliness of the school including equipment(s) and workplace.
• To lock and unlock the doors of the classrooms and other rooms in the school.
• To open/close windows and doors of classrooms and other rooms in the school.
• To open and close the gates, doors of office and other buildings within the school premises.
• To provide logistical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging furniture, equipment, refreshments, etc.
• To assist in the preparation of logistics and equipment.
• To help carry stock, furniture, etc.
• To relief other operations support officer.
• To perform any other duties assigned by the Principal, vice-principals, Operations Manager or any other authorised officer.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate in simple English.
• Physically and mentally fit.
• Preferably have some working experience in schools with job scope include cleaning and logistics.

Salary: $1700 - $1800 / month

Contract Period: From 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025

Working Arrangement:

Mondays to Thursdays: 6:00am to 300nm or 09:30am to 6.30nm inclusive of 30mins lunch break

Fridays: 6:00am to 2:30pm or 10:00am to 6:30nm inclusive of 30mins lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Job Scope:

• Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining school security and safety.
• Coordinate with and escort vendors for maintenance of school infrastructure, systems and equipment.
• Carry out operational tasks in school such as maintaining cleanliness and provide logistical support for events.
• Provide support to teachers and students in the school Food Science Lab (Kitchen).

Requirements:
