• Manage incoming materials to avoid excess materials holding
• Work on excess PO cancellation with supplier
• Resolve account payable issue
• Shipment arrangement with the supplier
• Request advance payment in the Portal with the Finance for the supplier with advance payment term
• Issue PO and SO for purchases within inter-company
• Update inter-company FG PO and raw material PO & SO delivery commitment in system
• Reschedule the delivery for inter-company FG PO and raw material PO & SO delivery
• Inter-company shipment arrangement with planning team, warehouse and logistic department
• Manage sub-con RFQ
• Update PIR for inter-company.
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Material Engineering or any Engineering field or equivalent
• Minimum two years experience in EMS/Manufacturing environment
• SAP or EPR knowledge
• Must know PCBA and electro-mechanical.
• Team player with a positive attitude and organized in administrative duties
• Sense of urgency and able to cope in fast pace environment
• Strong negotiation and material management skill
• Able to commence work at a short notice or immediate will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send invoices to customers
• Follow up with customers for payment of outstanding invoices
• Record and apply customer payments
• Reconcile customer accounts
• Resolve customer billing issues and disputes
• Monitor and report on customer account status
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Provide support and assistance to other members of the finance team as needed
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline and automate accounts receivable processes
• Act as a liaison between the company and its customers to ensure timely payment and address inquiries or concerns.

Requirements:

• Qualified candidates must hold a tertiary-level diploma in any field and demonstrate a keen interest in finance, particularly in engaging with clients to facilitate timely payment collection.
• This role is suited for individuals who are not only academically prepared but also possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to managing accounts receivable
• Proficiency in using financial systems and software to submit invoices, record transactions, and manage accounts.
• Strong follow-up skills to ensure timely and accurate collections and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve outstanding issues.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure proficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day operations of the finance team in directly the full spectrum of the accounting functions to ensure timely and accurate statutory, monthly management reporting

· Monitor all receivables and payables balances, including ageing analysis

· Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and audit schedule

· Prepare and maintain periodic cash flow forecast

· Audit – Work alongside company’s auditor for statutory annual audit

· GST – Submission of quarterly GST return to IRAS

Requirements:

· Must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy with 1 years working experiences

· Meticulous

· Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
