• To prepare a monthly report to update on the feedback and complaints received and the respective actions taken
• Coordination of site delivery of materials; liaise closely with main office staff for the procurement of necessary materials
• Generate reports to record the follow up process till case closed.

• Review vendor listing in SAP which include creation, amendment and deactivation according to Hospital’s policy.
• Review vendors’ statement of accounts and resolve differences with the vendor.
• Verify, conduct accounts coding and update non-purchase order (“NPO”) invoices.
• Prepare monthly accrual listing for GL to perform accrual of expenses.
• Ensure all monthly direct debit transactions are keyed into SAP.
• Prepare and upload CPF and foreign workers levy journals into SAP Payment preparation, like Giro and Online Payment in SAP, etc for non-PO purchases, Locum & temp salaries, PCP scholars’ allowances, monthly patients’ medifund/silver charges and internal transfer of funds etc.
• Prepare 3 months payment trend with variance analysis to obtain email/online approval from Treasurer for online payment.
• Assets Management, not limited to creation, amendment and disposal.
• Also to conduct Annual Physical Fixed Asset Physical count.
• Support grant monitoring not limited to review and update CST utilization report and prepare documents for grant claim from MOH or AIC.
• Assist in year-end audit requests from auditor.
• Assist Assistant manager in maintaining and updating access rights of the bank.
• Review and streamline AP process, not limited to support the new electronic document management system project and its requirements.
• Undertake any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

Min Diploma in Accounting or above

5 years of relevant experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Words, Outlook and Accounting software

Responsibilities:

• To ensure contractor carried out works not affecting/compromise safety, environmental and health matters;
• provide standing supervision to all civil and structural works compliance with the Authority’s Requirements including, but not limited to, the following for completion of the project works:
• Temporary Works relating to excavation, strutting, earth retaining and stabilising structures (ERSS), ground improvement, if required;
• Utility diversions and protection works/supports to utilities, if required;
• Risk registers, hazard logs, etc;
• Mobilization and demobilization of vehicles, machineries and equipment etc.
• Cable preparation and cable pulling works, etc;
• Construction of Joint Bay and associated work, etc;
• Cable jointing works in joint bay, etc;
• Testing and commissioning works related to transmission cable, etc;
• Weekly summary reports on site management to highlight safety issue and propose any improvement to the Company;

Requirements:

• Registered as Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES;
• Minimum Three (3) years of relevant experience in projects similar in nature to the projects

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounts Manager with full sets of accounts and handling month-end closing activities
• Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliation: Maintain accurate financial records to ensure seamless financial transactions
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internally
• Submit timely and accurate management and GST reports on a monthly basis
• Other administrative duties assigned
